Today’s teens are carrying more pressure than ever. Between academics, social dynamics, extracurricular activities, future planning, and the constant influence of social media, many high school students are struggling with anxiety and stress in ways that can feel overwhelming and isolating. At Campbell Counseling, we understand how difficult it can be for teens to manage these pressures while still trying to build confidence, healthy relationships, and emotional balance. That’s why we created Under Pressure, a 6-week virtual group designed specifically for high school teens dealing with stress, anxiety, and high expectations.
This supportive virtual group gives teens practical tools to better understand anxiety, recognize how stress impacts the brain and body, and develop healthier coping skills for school, relationships, and everyday life. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with peers who may be experiencing similar challenges in a guided, therapist-led environment that encourages growth, resilience, and support. Sessions begin June 10 and meet Wednesdays from 7:00–8:15 PM virtually. To learn more or register email Michelle directly at Michelle@CampbellCounselingIndy.com
