Helping Teens Navigate Pressure, Anxiety, and High Expectations

Today’s teens are carrying more pressure than ever. Between academics, social dynamics, extracurricular activities, future planning, and the constant influence of social media, many high school students are struggling with anxiety and stress in ways that can feel overwhelming and isolating. At Campbell Counseling, we understand how difficult it can be for teens to manage these pressures while still trying to build confidence, healthy relationships, and emotional balance. That’s why we created Under Pressure , a 6-week virtual group designed specifically for high school teens dealing with stress, anxiety, and high expectations.

Connections: Building Real Relationships for High School Girls

High school is full of moments that test who you are — friendships that shift, conversations that don’t go the way you hoped, and the quiet anxiety of wondering if you belong.

Connections is a 6-week virtual group for high school girls designed to build the relationship skills that actually matter. Through honest conversation and practical tools, girls will learn how to communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, navigate conflict, and show up authentically in their relationships.

Led by Aejah Levi under the clinical supervision of Amanda Campbell, LMHC, this group gives teen girls a safe, supportive space to practice the skills they’ll use for the rest of their lives.
