Therapy for Adults

Trauma-informed therapy for adults who are tired of carrying it alone.

Maybe you can name exactly what happened.

Maybe you only know that something feels off: you are on edge, exhausted, quick to say yes when you mean no, or stuck in the same patterns in your relationships.

Whatever brought you here, it makes sense that it is affecting you.

We are trauma-trained clinicians who work with adults at a pace that feels safe. You set the direction. We bring the training and the steadiness.

Just some of the issues we can help with…

  • ANXIETY & PANIC ATTACKS
  • TRAUMA & PTSD
  • ADHD
  • CHILDHOOD EMOTIONAL NEGLECT
  • CO-DEPENDENCE
  • GRIEF & LOSS
  • LIFE TRANSITIONS, INCLUDING DIVORCE
  • MINDFULNESS & RELAXATION
  • RELATIONSHIPS, BOUNDARIES, PEOPLE-PLEASING
  • MARITAL CONFLICT

How We Work

At Campbell Counseling, our clinicians utilize a few different evidenced-based therapy treatment modalities.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.

Internal Family Systems

IFS® is frequently used as an evidence-based psychotherapy, helping people heal by accessing and healing their protective and wounded inner parts. IFS® creates inner and outer connectedness by helping people first access their Self and, from that core, come to understand and heal their parts.
